Anxiety & overwhelm in perimenopause & menopause can be really tough to manage! Here are three simple breathibg techniques from menopause yoga that you can do to help. Three techniques ⬇️ 1. Ocean breath inhale through nose exhale with open mouth and a sigh allowing the low jaw to relax. 2. Start to number the inhalations & exhalations going up to 10 then back to zero, if mond wanders thats fine…just start again. 3.
